Mexican Toilet - hand painted Talavera toilet

The Mexican toilet is hand-decorated, which makes each of them a unique work of a Mexican craftsman, so the Mexican toilet may be slightly different from the presented in the picture.

Thanks to the thick layer of enamel, which the toilets are covered, the patterns remain resistant to any mechanical and chemical damage. In the firing process, the dye combines with the enamel, making patterns resistant to abrasion and scratches.

This toilet  is made in the traditional Talavera technique and it comes from city of Dolores Hidalgo in central Mexico.
