Ensalader Boll Chino
This amazingly atmospheric bowl is decorated on the outside and inside with patterns referring to the floral symbolism, so popular in Talavera style. The colors with which the patterns are decorated are shades of yellow, orange and blue. The dark blue color accentuates the edge of the vessel contrasting with the rest of the decoration. Dense dye, quite thickly applied on the surface of the bowl allows to achieve an effect similar to 3D.
Thanks to the craftsmanship, an unusual, unique dish was created.
The bowl is perfect for all kinds of sauces, so often used in Mexican cuisine, soups and salads.
Ensalader's bowl in combination with other elements of the service, such as cups, plates or mugs is even a dream decorative element in the kitchen or living room.
Ceramics in Talavera style
Talavera ceramics is an artisanal style of faience production transferred to Mexico from Spain, specifically from the city of Talavera de la Reina. The ornamentation placed on the ceramics in this style is characterized by patterns referring to nature, mainly flowers, buds, leaves and stems. The dominant colors in this style are blue, yellow, orange, red, white and black. Apart from useful decorative elements such as tableware, Talawer's style also includes single-color, patterned and patchwork tiles. Talaver's ceramics are more and more popular with significant interior designers. Talavera's ceramics have also become a part of the collector's market worldwide.
